If you haven't check out the factory tours in Utah it might be a great date night idea and on top of that...most of them are FREE! Up in Cache Valley they have the Pepperide Farms which are a lot of fun (or so I hear, haven't been up there myself but I'm thinking that's going to be our date night:) ) Here is a list of some in Utah and with all the Chocolate Factories it's perfect for Valentine's Day!
