Chicken, Ham & Cheese

This was a great quick chicken recipe that my mom use to make all the time...yummy! We had it with some friends over and it turned out great...


6 chicken breast
6 slices of ham
6 slices of cheese (I use provolone)
1/2 cup crackers smashed - I used saltines
water

Trim chicken of any fat. Place chicken in water and then coat with crackers. Cook at 275 for 1 hour (mine only took about 45 minutes). Place ham and then cheese slice on top of each chicken, place back in oven until cheese is melted. It goes great with mayo and mustard dip! (1 cup mayo 1/3 cup mustard)
